TODAY'S RHEMA Ecclesiastes 3: 11 "He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the human heart; yet no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end."
Not many people have ever heard about Nancy Matthews, but we must know Edison as one of the most influential inventors in human history. He was the child of Samuel Ogden Edison and Nancy Matthews Elliott. Edison attended school for a few months then he was expelled because of being considered stupid and difficult to handle by his teacher. Thankfully, his mother never gave up on him. She ignored the negative labels on her son, instead, she rose up to face difficulties and overcome impossibilities. She became a tutor for Edison and sent him to homeschool. It wasn't easy for her to teach and raise her son. She had to be very patient. Until one day a miracle happened to her. The child who was once expelled from school had become the man who was acknowledged as one of the great world inventors from time to time.
You may have to face very complicated problem right now. Do not give up, be upset or angry. Let's remember Mary, mother of Jesus, she faced a very complicated problem when she was told she would conceive baby Jesus. Mary didn't truly understand the plan of God that she experienced, but one thing she realized and kept in her heart was that God never left her alone. What God had done in Mary's life will also be done into your life. He will work to impart incredible grace upon you.
We must believe that nothing happens without God's permission. He knows, understands, and cares for your problems. He will never let you face them all alone. One day, you'll see that He is God who makes everything beautiful in its time. Set your face and keep your hope in God because they will enable you to have joy and be thankful for the problems you are facing.
REFLECTION Saudara Terkasih, BE THANKFUL if you are facing A CONFLICT now, because there are A GREAT VICTORY and CROWN to follow.
APPLICATIONS 1. What's your big conflict now? Do you react to it with joy and thanksgiving? 2. Have you submitted your conflicts to God so that His hands can work in your life? 3. What is God's promise for His children who pray, keep having joy and giving thanks in the face of difficulty?
TODAY'S PRAYER "Father, I'm thankful for Your assistance in every hardship and conflict that I must face. Though I haven't seen the end of my conflict, I believe that I will become a winner with Jesus and receive the crown of glory. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen."
