TODAY'S FOOD FOR THE SOUL Psalm 1:1-6
TODAY'S RHEMA
Psalm 1: 2-3 "But his delight is in the law of the LORD, And in His law he meditates day and night. He shall be like a tree Planted by the rivers of water, That brings forth its fruit in its season, Whose leaf also shall not wither; And whatever he does shall prosper."
Every one of us has given 24 hours, or 1.440 minutes or 86.400 in a day. There is no additional time. Every day, He gives us a new time. Sometimes we feel that the day goes by so slow, we don't know what to do to fill the day. In the other hand we sometimes that time goes by way too fast that we run out of time, 24 hours is not enough. Busy or not busy, have you prioritize some time to read the Bible? Or do you take it lightly whether or not you make time to read the Scriptures and seek God's wisdom in it?
We have to make time to read the Scriptures in between 24 hours God has given us. Psalms 1:2-3 says that God promises; when we delight and meditate the words of God day and night, He will provide everything we need and make anything we do will be prosperous. Reading and listening to the words of God is not enough, we need to spare our time to think and meditate the words of God until we see, receive rhema and understand clearly. The longer we take the time to learn the words of God, the deeper the Holy Spirit takes us to the comprehension of His Words. Along with it, rhema will be revealed, and revelation will be shown to us by the Holy Spirit.
By learning the word of God, we can understand God and grasp his thought and become the doer of the Word also be the witness of His amazing work for His glory. Therefore, use the time God has given us wisely, make time to seek God, read the Scriptures, learn from it because we can't turn back time.
REFLECTION Saudara Terkasih, make time to learn and to live in the Word of God and let it take root in your heart and life.
