TODAY'S RHEMA
Isaiah 40:31 "But those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not to grow weary, they will walk and not be faint."
Do you remember the prayer warrior; Elijah? Do you remember how God incredibly answers his prayer? Yes, it is only by his consistency, and patience to wait on God. One day, Elijah prayed for God to not send any rain and that came true, there was no rain for 3 years. And once more, Elijah prayed for rain but the prayer wasn't answered right away even though he had prayed for 7 times. By this, God wanted to show that we can't always get what we've prayed for right away but there are times when we have to wait patiently for the answer to our prayer, be consistent and fervent in prayer like Elijah. You bet what happened if Elijah stops praying after the fifth time. Nothing will be happening. This teaches us that prayer is a process and when we submit to God in all things, we will eventually experience spiritual breakthrough just like Elijah did.
We have to understand that there is a time when God grants our prayer in instant, but there is also a time when He takes time in answering our prayer. In that moment when we have to wait for an answer to our prayer, our faith will be trained and our spirit will be renewed. Our relationship with God will also be strengthened, and these are what God's desire for our life. Will you commit your time to pray an hour a day? Prayer can be done with many things like worshiping, talking to God and expressing our heart out to Him. This alone will do nothing but strengthen our relationship with God, brings us even closer to Him,
