TODAY'S FOOD FOR THE SOUL
Psalm 16:1-11
TODAY'S RHEMA Psalm 16:11 "You make known to me the path of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasure at your right hand."
One time, there was a young man who walked aimlessly. Incidentally, he stopped in front of a church. The hustle and bustle inside the church drew his attention. Being curious, he decided to see what was happening. At that time, there was a revival service in the church. The moment he stepped inside the service room, he felt a sensation in his heart that he hadn't felt before. He didn't realize that he started laughing and crying. The priest of the church saw and met him after the service finished. Then, the young man told his problems and asked why he felt overflowing joy in his heart. The priest explained that he had just experienced the manifestation of the Holy Spirit's fulfillment. The Holy Spirit touched and fulfilled his heart with heavenly joy. After all, the young man came home and since then his life was radically transformed by God.
God is the source of joy. When the Holy Spirit fills us, the joy flows covering our hearts and transforming our lives. The sorrowful heart will be comforted and replaced with overflowing joy. Our burdens feel light because we get relief in Him. We can do all things through God who gives us strength. (Philippians 4:13)
That's why we need to be close to God and live in His presence. Take your time, at least an hour a day to have an intimacy with Him. We can do it maximally by using church's facilities. Follow the arranged songs of worship in Worship Audio. Listen to daily devotional through audio. We can also listen to the Scripture all day long through Bible Audio. When the Holy Spirit remains in us, the victory will be given to us.
REFLECTION Saudara Terkasih, when you are FULL OF THE HOLY SPIRIT every day, GOD will COMPLETE YOUR JOY and REVEAL HIS POWER.

TODAY'S PRAYER "God, please teach and remind me so that I provide my time to have an intimacy with You. I realize that I need Your Holy Spirit to fulfill my heart so that my heart will always be fulfilled by the heavenly peace. In the name of Lord Jesus, I pray. Amen."
