TODAY'S FOOD FOR THE SOUL
Jeremiah 29: 11-13
TODAY'S RHEMA Jeremiah 29: 11 "For I know the plans I have for you, "declares the LORD," plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
A famous painter was finishing his best painting on a high building. As it's been planned, the painting would be exhibited in princess' royal wedding. Having finished that painting, the painter was so satisfied and couldn't take his eyes off it. Being amazed by his work, he kept watching it while stepping backward without knowing he's almost on the edge of the building. Someone wanted to warn the painter by screaming but he was afraid that it made the painter shocked, lost a balance then fell down. He found an idea, he took a paintbrush and paint color and kept streaking the painting until the picture was formless. The painter was furious. He didn't realize that someone had saved his life, the painter walked forward angrily to hit him.
We may be the painter as the illustration above. We once ever drew the future of our family as beautiful as we could imagine. However, the beautiful picture of our family future is suddenly ruined and we become so angry and upset to God. If that's the case, we must realize that what we have planned isn't in accordance with God's plan, what we see doesn't always give something good for us in the end. Although we have a vision we consider as a good vision, in God's view, He has the better even best vision for us. He wants to make our family as heaven on earth, to fill our family with heavenly atmosphere, God's love and presence, strong and spiritual atmosphere and to make sure there is spiritual growth in the family. And those all are showed through having divine love among both spouses and children, building a family altar, strong-spiritual prayer and spiritual worship, being rooted and growing in the Word of God and being fruitful. We together with our house serve the Lord.
When the families of God have and do those things above, surely, the vision of family transformation is fulfilled. Our family is like heaven which means we have the abundance of happiness, unity, togetherness, joy and divine love. Therefore, we need to have a vision of God. REFLECTION Saudara Terkasih, get THE VISION OF FAMILY TRANSFORMATION that God has planned to make YOUR FAMILY AS HEAVEN ON EARTH.
