Ephesians 5:25-33
TODAY'S RHEMA Ephesians 5:25 "Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her"
On one occasion, an Australian pastor named Dr. F.W Norwood invited a man to join his church. But unfortunately, the man refused him harshly. After several months later, after a service in the church, the man came to the pastor and told the pastor that he wanted to become the church member. Felt surprised, Dr. Norwood asked for the reason why the man was suddenly willing to join the church. The man answered, "I have a little kid. And about a week ago, when I was strolling with my wife and the kid, we reached the difficult footpath to pass through. We were walking in turn and I walked ahead and then I heard my kid's little voice saying, "Be careful daddy, me and mommy are following you!" At that moment I realize that I was such a bad leader for my family and that's why I'd love to join the church."
In a household, a husband must become the leader of the family. The decision which has been made by the husband determines what kind of household would be. Husband is a role model for wife and kids, therefore the husband should take good role as leader of household wisely. Not a dictator one, but strict and loving one. A husband needs to fight for his family, bring his wife and kids to God and make them have deep knowledge about God personally. Encouraging the family to build a family altar and meditate the word of God and ensure the family is loving God more than anything.
REFLECTION Saudara Terkasih, THE MAIN ROLE OF A HUSBAND in the family is becoming a GOOD LEADER AND SHEPHERD for his wife and kids.

TODAY'S PRAYER "Lord, lead my husband/father so he can be good leaders for my family. Let through whatever they do, it pleases Your heart, so my family can experience heaven on earth. In Jesus' name, I pray, Amen"
