TODAY'S FOOD FOR THE SOUL John 14:16-28
TODAY'S RHEMA John 14:27 "Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid."
We might think that if we have a lot of money, high position, or power, we will gain peace in life automatically. But, the truth is, we often heard the stories about successful and wealthy people who are haunted with anxiety and insecurity. Or in another case, some people worked so hard to add every single penny to their wealth, leaving their family unattended, having no time for God or even for themselves that created a gap between family member and we seem to be so far from God. This kind of life will eventually lead us into an unhappy life where there is no happiness and peace. Therefore, all that we can gain in this world wouldn't guarantee you to have a peaceful and happy life.
As the children of God, we understand that peacefulness can only be obtained from one source. When Jesus was about to ascend to heaven, He promised us that he would not leave us as an orphan. He will send us a Helper that is the Holy Spirit, who will always accompany us forever and as a source of Heavenly peace.
Heavenly Peace offered by God through the Holy Spirit is not the same as the peace offered by the world surpasses any kind of wealth and anything that try to guarantee our future. However, the guidance of God in our lives can only be manifested in real life when we have a close communion with God in our daily basis. Believe in His Words and believe that He works in all things to bring goodness for us who believe. As you understand that, your heart will experience a heavenly peace and be filled with thanksgiving. When that happen, our lives will not only stop at receiving a blessing but become a blessing to our surrounding as well and living testimony and eventually, for us to be the agent of revival is possible.

APPLICATION 1. Do you often feel worried about something in your life? What are you worried about? 2. Think about it for a moment, what are things that make you feel anxious and worried? 3. What can you do to receive the peace of God?
TODAY'S PRAYER "Father, thank you that You are always available for me. Your presence is real. Through You, I feel secure, because Your peace fills my heart. Your blessing is magnificent in my life. Use me, Lord, to bring the revival You will send. Thank you, God. In the name of Jesus, I pray. Amen."
