TODAY'S FOOD FOR THE SOUL

TODAY'S RHEMA Revelation 3:20 "Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me."
John Sung was a preacher who had an important role for revival in the mainland of China, in Taiwan and in the area of South East Asia during 1920's until 1930's. Despite the anointing of God was with him during his life in the ministry, none really knows about his childhood which was so far different from his adulthood life. Born as the 6th child of a minister of Methodist Church, he was surrendered to God even before his birth. He was called Ju Un, which means the grace of God. Ju Un's father was so hard in character and was also very quick tempered, and later on, those characters were inherited by Ju Un. This thing caused a communication problem between Ju Un and his father by the time the son started to have his own opinion. Ju Un was a rebellious son. He was naughty and when he was punished, he did not repent but on the other way around he rebelled toward his father even more.
When he was 9 years old, Ju Un attended a revival service in a church. His heart was so touched by the sermon about Jesus who prayed in the garden of Gethsemane and he decided to follow Jesus. As the time went on, he became a child who was so fond of the word of God, had a constant desire to pray and also a strong tendency to deliver a good sermon. There were times when his father was busy or sick and unable to bring up a sermon, he then stepped forward to preach in his place. Because of this contribution, he was named as a small preacher within the church. However, his old nature wasn't changed until the time he attended a Bible college and received the baptism of Holy Spirit. After that event, he received the courage to preach bravely. Wherever John Sung went, revival happened and healing was delivered.
Brethren, whatever your mistakes were, God will still be looking for you. He always waits for you until you listen to His voice and open your heart for Him. Believe Him that He can heal your life. Whatever that have been dry in your life shall be refreshed again by God. Joy, peace, happiness, grace and abundant blessings will be given to you. Yes, your life belongs to Christ, and let Him work within your life to bring back His grace in your life.
