TODAY'S FOOD FOR THE SOUL John 4:35-38
TODAY'S RHEMA John 4:35 "Don't you have a saying, ' It's still four months until harvest'? I tell you, open your eyes and look at the fields! They are ripe for harvest."
Life is too short if we only make a wish for our dreams and desires for life. In a movie titled "Rudy" which was based on the real life of Daniel E. Ruettiger, we can see a story about how Daniel had dreamed to become a football player of Notre Dame University. But almost everyone, including his teachers and parents, said that his body was too small and he would not be smart enough to pass the test as a requirement to enter the school. That is why, instead of making efforts to convert his dream to become reality, Rudy ignorantly worked in an iron company and he just chatted about his dream to everyone he met at the workplace almost every day. But, when his best friend died at the factory caused by a work accident, Rudy started to realize how short life is and he quickly made a decision to go after his dream. After two years of effort in the admission process, Rudy was finally accepted in Notre Dame University. He was eligible to join a special team specially formed to help the main team practicing, but of course, this team would never experience a formal game. But, an opportunity came for Rudy, during last the minutes of a game, Rudy was finally allowed to play for the main team and miraculously he could bring down an opponent whose body was far bigger than his 27 seconds before the game concluded to bring his team to grasp a victory. All of sudden, all people in the stadium cheered him and Rudy became the first man in Notre Dame history who was lifted up on the shoulders of his teammates and who was carried by the team as a hero to walk around the field after the game.
Most likely, all of us have some dreams or hopes which have not been realized yet. Many things can distract us and we tend not to focus on chasing them. At worst, we deviate from our main course and start to focus on other unimportant things. Let us devote some time and allow the Holy Spirit to speak on this. Believe me, God wants us to succeed in all circumstances because our DNA is a victor's DNA. There is no room left for believers to become losers.
Do not spend time making a wish but go out for some real action. Acknowledge, this year is a time for God to make all our dreams become true, this year God will give us promotion, financial success, achievements for our ministries, family healing, and a lot more. Start to step forward with faith. Do faithfully whatever He has said. Whatever our problems are, God will certainly help us. When the Lord's help arrives, all things will be accomplished very fast, because this is a special harvest season. Not at some moment in the future, but this is happening right now! Have faith and do your part, then we shall see the wonderful works of God.
REFLECTION Saudara Terkasih, When THE HARVEST TIME COMES, God will WORK for you and ACCELERATION will also take place.

TODAY'S PRAYER "Father God, thank You for reminding me, that this is the moment to act because the harvest time has come. In the Name of Lord Jesus, I pray. Amen."
