In this era of fast-technology, more and more people use GPS (Global Positioning System) to find geographical positions. In the past, we may get lost or fail to find a place by address. But now, by using GPS, it's certain that we will arrive at the destination. As the previous explanation, God also wants to guide our step so that we can accomplish the goal He has set for us. However, the problem is that God's guidance is different from GPS. GPS is visible to the eyes while God's guidance cannot be seen with ordinary eyes. This makes us wonder how God will exactly guide us.
More than two thousand years ago, the time Jesus was born when GPS wasn't invented, the Magi from the East were able to find Jesus anyway. Most of us know that these wise men followed the star they had seen. However, some people wonder why God used the star to guide them. The answer is that the Magi were astrologers, they studied the movements and relative position of celestial objects. That is why God used the star as their "GPS".
God will do the same thing to you. When God reveals His wonderful guidance, He will start with the familiar things and what you possess. Believe that He is not God who makes you confused, rather, He will ensure you understand His guidance. God will speak to you in a "language" you can understand. Stop trying to figure out how God will guide the way you hope for. Pay attention to everything which happens in your life, especially those things that are your close and favorite things. At any time, you may hear the whisper of the Holy Spirit for direction in your life.

TODAY'S PRAYER "My kind Father, I'm thankful for the divine guidance I have experienced in the past. I open my heart and spiritual ears to recognize Your wonderful guidance. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen."
