Hillsong College Concert that was held in our church, on October 2nd – 3rd and it was very successful. Everyone who came felt the presence of God through all the songs and sermon. Everyone was truly blessed. If you observe carefully, that concert was a form of talents and potential combination for God's glory. In fact, there were plenty of talents and potential involved: photography, event organizer, usher, and even offering collector.
It is wise for you to always ask His wisdom to be able utilizing any talents and potentials for serving God and saving those who lost. In Hillsong College sermon session, Ps. Lee said that all potentials might be used to make God known in this world. The musicians also mentioned that their offering did not just come from music but from daily lives and deeds from day to day.
This is the time for God's greater visitation. You are the head. You are a warrior. Since God has equipped you with a handful of talents, it is your duty to maximize it for His purpose. God wants you to utilize everything that He has put in you: talents, gifts, riches, position, understanding, strength, time, and so on so forth, simply for a spiritual fight. He wants you to rise as warrior who stands in the first line to bring freedom: for the lost, your city and nation, or even all nations in the world. Think of how talents and potentials are given by God: riches, position, or your strength can be utilized fully for the repentance of the lost. REFLECTION Saudara Terkasih, Ask wisdom from God and seek ways to utilize your potentials for serving Him and saving souls. APPLICATIONS 1. What are the talents and potentials that you have? 2. How to maximize your talents and potentials of God's purpose and saving souls? 3. What are your plans to grow your talents and potentials for reaching more lost souls? TODAY'S PRAYER "Christ Jesus, I am thankful for the gift of talents and potentials given by You. Give me your wisdom to enable me growing it wisely. I am grateful because You justify me as part of Your plan to save many souls. Let my talents and potentials always be used for Your glory and testimony of Your greatness. In the name of Jesus Christ, I pray. Amen. "
