TODAY'S RHEMA
Ephesians 3:18-19 "And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the Lord's holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God."
Everyday routines made Cynthia felt like she had lost her identity. Shuttling her children to and from school, doing social activities and household activities, and other routines filled her daily life with no end cycle. One day she decided to put a limit on her routine activities and did several things that were not urgent to be done. "This way I could see things from a different view," she said. Cynthia used one hour every day to study 'daily devotional.' After doing that for several weeks, she realized that daily devotion opened her mind about new things, and it also made her see through a different perspective. Lord Jesus now enlightens her life. Cynthia changed family dinner time to be a time of sharing and time to watch television to be family game night once a week. She and her husband also joined bible study group twice a month. Unexpectedly, Cynthia and her family started to find their joy again, and financial blessings also began to flow unto their household. Cynthia was also able to find her path in a ministry within the local church.
Many people are truly trapped within their daily routines, as though they are running around in an endless cycle, and life soon starts to feel empty. That is not what God wants us to feel. If we want to read the bible, study the words, and devote time to think and to know what God says, then we will know what God wants us to do in our life. Without right understanding about the word of God, it is impossible for us to reach the destination God plans for our life. God wants our health, finance, job and our ministry to prosper because He will give only His best for His children.
We need to go to a retreat, to evaluate our days, and to see our life through God's glasses. We have to understand the Bible, God's big plan for our life. When we live the Word, our lives will be very meaningful. Amin.
REFLECTION Saudara Terkasih, when we see things through GOD'S GLASSES, then we can understand about HIS MASTERPLAN.
