TODAY'S FOOD FOR THE SOUL
Genesis 15: 1-21
TODAY'S RHEMA
Genesis 15:5 "He took him outside and said, "Look up at the sky and count the stars- if indeed you can count them." Then he said to him, "So shall your offspring be.""
Imagine, you were an architect who wanted to build your own house. What would you do to make it happen in your life? It is impossible for you to call the construction worker to come and build you a house right away. They would ask you what kind of house you would want, how many rooms you would want to have, where the door should be, and of course there would be many others questions. Before you answer those questions, they wouldn't start the construction process.
The things you have to do are; start taking note on the things you need for your house, start to imagine the rooms you desired, the layout, the interior design, etc. After getting the portrait of the house, you have to draw the sketch of it. On the sketch, you need to give details on every little thing for the construction, such as; the room measurement, the materials, and etc. You can see a clearer picture of your future house. Afterwards, you can start making the scale model of the house. You can make the rooms you need one by one, you can give the color you want, you can also put the ornaments such as the miniature of trees, plants, and etc. You can see that your scale model house is done. It's very beautiful. Everything goes well according to your plans. You can also feel like you have already been in the house. So, the builder would never raise other questions since you have already given vivid picture of your future house.
Do you realize that your life is as similar to the previous illustration? What kind of family life, future, job, ministry you want to have for one year ahead, two years ahead, or the following years? All those things can be built well, if you are able to describe it vividly. So that you can have your soul, prayers, hard work, and strength focus on making the portrait of your life come true. How can your faith be helpful for you to make your future come true, if you never know what kind of future you really want? Your hard work will end up in vain because you don't have a clear purpose.
God always has detail idea and vision. God creates everything perfectly without any mistakes. Since centuries ago, God had already thought the vision of saving the souls through Jesus. Everything is perfect. You are His child, you also have one of God's characteristics. It's time for you to train yourselves something new. You will be able to have more victorious life you never imagined. Hallelujah.

- Will you train yourself to be able to describe your future? Ask God's wisdom and strength so that you can commit in doing it.
