Have you ever seen a hot air balloon? Usually, these large balloons have a variety of bright colors and float in the air. Air balloons are the first flight technology that humans created before airplanes. It was discovered by the Montgolfier brothers in 1783 and was first flown by Pilâtre de Rozier and Marquis d'Arlandes in the same year. Basically, a hot air balloon consists of 3 parts: the balloon parachute, the burner as an air heater, and a basket for the passenger. Did you know how hot air balloons can fly? The working principle of a hot air balloon is very simple. Based on basic scientific principles that hot air will rise above cooler air. So, when the trapped air inside the balloon becomes hotter than the air outside, the parachute will expand and move upwards. The hotter the air inside the balloon than the air outside, the higher the balloon will go.
The principle of this simple air balloon can also be applied to our Christian life. We are the hot air balloon, and God's anointing is the burner or the fire. Just like the hot air balloon that can't move upward without the heat from the burner, we can't also fly high without the 'heat', which is none other than God's anointing that drives us to fly high.
Yes, only with the anointing of God in our lives can we go up to a higher level. The greater the anointing in our lives, the greater the glory of God that He can reveal through our lives. Therefore, try to keep ourselves alive in His anointing, so that our lives will always be brought up to a higher level.
