No matter what our current situation is or whatever pressure we are facing, don't let yourself be deceived. Know that you are very precious in God's eyes. God even has great plans for our lives.
God wants us to love ourselves just like He has loved us. To love ourselves is not a justification to be egoistic, putting ourselves before others and so on but to accept ourselves as we are. However it is, we can't change what has already happened, but we can change what is about to come. Don't let your circumstances and past failures to be the judge of your future. Stop blaming yourself, stop hating yourself because it doesn't bring you anything but harm. Start to give thanks, especially because God has loved us dearly that He gave Himself to die a horrible death on the cross for you, for me and the world. By giving thanks, we will start seeing the manifold grace of God that supersedes our flaws and that He has a special mission just for us that can't be fulfilled by others.
