As long as we live, every man would definitely have the desire of the heart. Mankind also has free will in anything they choose to do. Therefore, we have to learn to have control of heart because not all what we desire, are good for us. We ought to learn to control the desire of the heart and not to be controlled by the desire of our heart. Those who can't control themselves are like a man riding a horse carriage without a bridle. The horse could drag the carriage wherever he wants and this will put the passengers and everyone around in danger.
Indeed worldly desires are sometimes so strong, but if we are to direct ourselves, our hearts, and our minds to spiritual things, we can certainly see, choose, and reject emphatically a desire that is not pleasing to God. Be content with what you've already had, because speaking of "To have enough" is relatively different from one person to the other. Though you may have all the world, when you lack being thankful and grateful, you will never be satisfied and be enough. Always remember that to live here on earth is temporary and we will leave everything behind once we are called to be with the Father in heaven.
learn to be wiser in channeling the desire of our heart to please God. train your spirit to hunger and thirst of God. Just like a baby who always wants milk (1 Peter 2:2) be thirst and hunger for God even more. The Word of God is the best nutrition for the growth of our spiritual man because if we don't thirst and hunger of God, our life will be under the control of our feeling and the will of the flesh. Thirst and hunger of God will take us to do the will of God and at the end of the day, God will satisfy us with all what is good and best in our life. REFLECTION Saudara Terkasih, PAY A CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE DESIRE OF YOUR HEARTS and learn to CONTROL AND DIRECT them to PLEASE GOD'S HEART.

TODAY'S PRAYER "Father God, forgive me if I am still following my fleshly desires and putting aside Your very desire. I am aware that there will be some temptations around me, but Your Spirit that lives in me is greater than any other spirits in this world. Bring me close to You, Father. Because I am thirsty for You and expecting to please Your heart at all times. In the Name of Lord Jesus, I pray. Amen."
