TODAY'S RHEMA 1 Peter 1:3-4 3 Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In his great mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, 4 and into an inheritance that can never perish, spoil or fade. This inheritance is kept in heaven for you,
As someone who has known and believed in Jesus, we are not spared from the storms of life. Whether it is a chronic illness, a relationship problem, losing a job, being jilted by someone we love, or a dying dream. Sometimes, every one of those problems gets us down. We may have done our best, yet all doors seem to be closed and there is nothing more we can do.
However, do not give up! Today's rhema reminds us again of the hope we have as God's children. Because we have accepted Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, we are given the power of His resurrection. The power of the resurrection of Christ always works wherever, whenever, and in whatever problems we face. His resurrection power is capable of reviving our spirits, sparking hope for what we think is impossible, and reviving everything that has died in our lives. Believe me, God will make a way that we never thought possible. Our sickness is healed by His wounds. He is able to give meaning to our lives, restoring our peace and joy.
Then, how do we experience the power of Christ's resurrection when trouble strikes? The power of God is manifested in our lives only after we have known God. The more we know Him, the more remarkably the power of Christ's resurrection works in our lives. That is why we need to grow in the knowledge of God, in the information of God, in the revelation of God, and in our personal experience with God. We get to know God more by meditating on His word constantly and praying continuously so that the resurrection power of Christ continues to work in and through lives.
REFLECTION Saudara Terkasih, THE RESURRECTION POWER OF CHRIST awakens everything that is dead within us and DELIVERS NEW LIFE.
APPLICATIONS 1. When we experience hard times, what do we need to remember as children of God? 2. What can we do to make the power of the resurrection work in our lives? 3. What is the easiest way to get to know God better?
TODAY'S PRAYER "Lord, thank you for giving me the power of the resurrection of Christ in my life. That power revives my hope, my joy, and all that have died in my life, at all times. In the name of Lord Jesus, I pray. Amen. "
