Defeating Inferiority Keluarga Allah Daily Devotional September 22, 2017
TODAY'S FOOD FOR THE SOUL Deuteronomy 1:19-39
TODAY'S RHEMA Deuteronomy 1:28 "Where can we go? Our brothers have made our hearts melt in fear. They say, 'The people are stronger and taller than we are; the cities are large, with walls up to the sky. We even saw the Anakites there.'"
When Israelites received God's promise, Moses commanded them to step forward and invade the Canaan land. However, the doubt overcame them and they asked Moses to explore the land first (verse 22). God said to Moses to choose 12 leaders from each tribe of Israel to spy the Canaan land (Numbers 13). Nevertheless, when the 12 spies returned from the spying, 10 of them told how strong the fortress of the land and also the inhabitants was also strong and it disheartened the Israelites and finally, they failed to enter the Promised Land.
When we are facing a great challenge beyond our capability, how often we are disheartened and discouraged to do something? It could be we are too comfortable with our zone and to live insignificant life. This inferiority also overcame our senior pastor, Ps. Obaja Tanto Setiawan. In the early of his journey to follow God, he had no courage to lead the prayer session. Even when he led the prayer, he was muttering and even he could not have finished it. However, he decided to learn to lead the pray by paying attention to other people's prayer. Because of his sincerity, God has been using him amazingly in term of prayer and God also been using him to reveal Divine's plan upon him by becoming the senior pastor of Keluarga Allah Bethel Church with 1 million souls to be saved as Divine vision.
As God's soldier, we are not allowed to feel any inferiority. Remember that we have an Almighty God. Rise up and fight against inferiority spirit with His power. Don't let inferiority hinders us to reach His plan in our life. Believe that beyond the greatest challenge we are facing, God has an amazing plan for our life. This is the time of great revival happens and many children of God are used, even lifted up.
REFLECTION Saudara Terkasih, as GOD'S SOLDIER, do not feel inferior. Instead, be BOLD and believe that ALMIGHTY GOD has AMAZING PLAN for your life.

TODAY'S PRAYER "Heavenly Father, fill me with Your power so I can defeat the inferiority in my life. Let Your plan for my life be fulfilled and Your name be glorified through it. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen."
