Joy was a housewife. She took care of everything around the house and she also ran a business for an extra income. Aside from her responsibility around the house, she was very active in church activities. Part of her ministry, she would pay a visit to anyone requested for a house visit for prayer support. Both Joy and her husband ministered to all the needy especially in prayer support, not only the believers that she ministers to but also unbelievers.
Joy realized that she and her husband were just ordinary people, they were not a priest nor the great ones. However, they had a strong desire to have an impactful life for others and that the power of God manifested in their life. As they gladly ministered to people, God equipped them even more so that they witnessed the sick were healed, the demon-possessed were free, the indebted were finding a way out also for unbelievers, they came to know Jesus and accepted Jesus as Savior.
Today, we are reminded that God gives His power to every believer, not to certain people only. Joy and her husband in the story above are the examples of people who were given God's power to do great things. The same power will also be given to those who have a great passion to access it. Even, our deeds and speech will be powerful. Therefore, have a great passion to access God's power in order to be a powerful-spiritual giant who becomes the answer for many.
