TODAY'S RHEMA Colossians 1:10 that you may walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing Him, being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God;
The story was told of a noble family that was involved in an accident when the private jet they were flying in crashed into a deep forest. The husband and the wife were not seriously injured but their only child was plunged off the plane as it descended. For months, the rescue teams searched for the missing little girl but they couldn't find her that she was declared dead by the rescue team.
Years went by, and a group of scientist happened to work on a project in the forest the jet once crashed into. Accidentally, the group bumped into a strange young lady. She was a perfect human but gestured like a gorilla. The scientists were amazed about it and unraveled the puzzle. The young lady was the daughter of the royal family who was declared dead after the accident.
From the story above we see that though she was the daughter of a noble, it didn't make her act like one automatically because she was raised by gorillas, therefore she grew up to be like one. Same applies to us. We are the children of God, King above all kings, it doesn't magically translate to seeing victories and faith as strong as steel. In order for us to see victory manifest, we have to awaken our spiritual man, and in order to do so, we need to be yielded and totally submitted to the Holy Spirit because when we do so, we'll see victories manifest and our lives become usable by God for His great plan and purposes. REFLECTION Saudara Terkasih, Your decision to maintain your spiritual life is the beginning of having a VICTORIOUS LIFE. APPLICATIONS 1. Are you growing spiritually? 2. Why does God want you to be a spiritual giant? 3. How can you engender spiritual growth according to God's will? TODAY'S PRAYER "Heavenly Father, forgive me for not consciously watching and ensuring spiritual growth. I want to learn to step out as You lead me. I want to be Your spiritual giants. In Jesus name, I pray, Amen."
