Proverbs 4:23 "Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it."
Captain Matthew planned to swim across Dover strait. He wanted to swim the strait distance which was about 34 km in August 1875. At the time, a lot of people thought that he was out of his mind. It was an impossible thing to do because of the heavy waves of Dover strait. However, Matthew did not see it as an obstacle. He kept thinking that it might be impossible for a lot of people because no one ever did it. Yet, he stood firm and believed that he could do it. Finally, Captain Matthew did cross the Dover strait for 21 hours and 45 minutes on August 24, 1875. As he made it to France, he got a very rousing welcome from people waiting for his arrival.
The world may say that the dreams God gave for us is impossible. Furthermore, people might see that the visions God has planned on our lives will never happen. However, when we guard our heart and stand firm, all the impossibilities will be gone. God's miracle will be avowed through our lives and people will be stunned for His works!
So now, guard your heart with all diligence and take a step without doubt. Doubtful heart only shows that we don't know that our God is amazing and great. God's power will never change and His force is much greater than all forces in the world. If He could do amazing things in our lives, it means that He can and He will do great things in our lives.
REFLECTION Saudara Terkasih, make a DECISION to GUARD YOUR HEART with all DILIGENCE.
