TODAY'S FOOD FOR THE SOUL Daniel 12: 1-13
TODAY'S RHEMA Daniel 12:3 "Those who are wise will shine like the brightness of the heavens, and those who lead many to righteousness, like the stars for ever and ever."
Love is action. Acts done for the good of the loved ones. When God created man, He wanted us to live in a heavenly atmosphere with Him. Therefore, since man fell into sin for the first time in the garden of Eden, God planned the way of salvation for mankind. His purpose was accomplished through the birth of Jesus Christ to the world (John 3:16). But that is not the end of the story of God's love. Salvation is only the beginning of God's mission. If we look at the life of Jesus on earth, we can see the pattern of His salvation more clearly.
Before Jesus began His ministry, He gave himself to be baptized. This is the symbol of repentance (Mt 3:11). Soon after, Jesus called his disciples to him. As a community that grew closer with each passing day, He began to educate them. He set the example of love in serving the people, revealing God's will in Him, and teaching about the Kingdom of Heaven. After His disciples saw enough and learned a great deal, Jesus also gave a message that they preach the gospel to the ends of the earth (Mt 28: 19-20, Acts 1: 8). Thus, if summarized, this is the pattern of his mission: to save the lost, to join them to the community, to disciple people, and to send them to out on a mission until the Kingdom of God is established on earth as it is in heaven.
Notice the last part of the Great Commission "and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." (Matthew 28:20). This meant that the message was not reserved only for the apostles, but was meant for everyone who was saved, commissioned, discipled and who would one day be sent. Not that God can't save the world alone, but it is the honor He has given us. In order that every believer may share in His kingdom's work. In order that through us He can transform the earth to be as it is in heaven.
REFLECTION , God will do everything to make heaven on earth, and the good news is HE WANTS YOU TO BE INVOLVED HIS MISSION.

TODAY'S PRAYER "Good Father, here I am, make me a part of your mission. Use my life in accordance with the work You assigned for me to fulfill. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen."
