TODAY'S RHEMA 1 Corinthians 2:9 "However, as it is written: "What no eye has seen, what no ear has heard, and what no human mind has conceived" – the things God has prepared for those who love Him."
Elizabeth Kenny, a nurse from Australia, had made a breakthrough in medical world during the 20th century, in executing treatment for the victims of polio disease. She developed a practice contrary to the common practice that had been done by the doctors during those times. And surprisingly, the patients treated using her method showed greater measure of recovery compared to the patients treated using the conventional practice. One by one, allof the patients were finally cured. That achievement made her become very well known, even in some foreign countries. On a special occasion when she visited theUnited States, she presented her method in front of the doctors in Minnesota. After succeeding in the presentation, sister Kenny had the opportunity to teach hundreds of doctors in theUniversity of Minnesota, and even further, she was able to build medication centers in the whole United States, and her method is now widely used to take care of polio patients all over the world. In a press conference, one of her admirers had asked her about what motivated her to become successful. She answered, "I am not genius, I am just an ordinary person who remembers and applies the love of Jesus that had been told me since I was still a child."
The life of sister Kenny had demonstrated the heart that was so full of God's love. Whatever she did, she did it with love. Apparently, the result was always good, and at some points became excellent. God also desires to fill our hearts with His love, so love can become the main motivation of our life. Only by doing that, can we do good and give generously, motivated by love. Our life will also become meaningful before men and God.
Starting from this day, fill your heart with God's presence. Allow the love of God to reign in your heart, then all your actions will be marked by His love. God will see them and His favor will also flow towards you. Not only will our lives be filled with so many harvests from Him, but we will also be allowed to participate in His great harvest plan. Amen.
REFLECTION Ensure that THE LOVE OF GOD fills your HEART, then God will cause you to enter a new phase which is MEANINGFUL and VALUABLE IN HIS EYES.
