Being a divine human being and greatly used by God is Kelly's longing since first knowing God. Her sincerity in her ministry made her quickly to get promoted by God. However, as the church grows, her task also increases. Moreover, the rapid developing technology made her simple ministry tasks become more complex. She is often overwhelmed by the task to organize everything. She began to grumbling. The workload that was once a joy to her turned to be a burden and she did her work with a grumbling heart. No more joy and excitement to give the best to God. In fact, Kelly started to think of resigning from the work God has entrusted.
One thing we need to be aware of, God is working for our acceleration these days. Both in spiritual and physical matters. It is undeniable, behind every development there must be a change, and behind every change there must be challenges and issues we must face. One thing God asks: Do not grumble! Grumbling will only take away His anointing over our lives and close the eyes of our faith, to His great plan.
Have faith, God is working to equip and enlarge our capacity, who are called according to God's plan (Romans 8:28). Do not make your work as a burden, but a stepping stone that will take us to the next level. The Word of God also says, do not let love and faith abandon us (Proverbs 3:3). Just obey and faithful! Believe in God with all our heart. Involve God in everything, then He will straighten our way (Proverbs 3:5-6). Learn to give thanks for His kindness, who has given us great confidence to be his co-worker. When God gives us a task, He surely intervenes, providing a solution to our difficulties, so we still have true independence and freedom from the excessive burden, both in our life and in our ministry. REFLECTION Saudara Terkasih, Grumbling WILL TAKE AWAY HIS ANOINTING OVER YOUR LIFE, learn to GIVE THANKS for His Kindness, then He will SOON INTERVENE. APPLICATIONS 1. What can cause God's anointing to diminish in your life? 2. Do you think, you have lived a life full of thanksgiving? 3. How can God be able to immediately intervene to liberate your life? TODAY'S PRAYER "Good Father God in Heaven, I am grateful for Your kindness, that teaches me to always give thanks. Keep me from a grumbling heart, so the anointing of God that enables me to do the impossible and impossible things can continue to flow and provide a true breakthrough, and true freedom in my life. I believe God's help is always right on time. Thank you, God. In the name of our Lord Jesus, I pray. Amen."
