TODAY'S FOOD FOR THE SOUL Ezekiel 11:1-21 TODAY'S RHEMA Ezekiel 11:13 While I was still prophesying, Pelatiah son of Benaiah suddenly died. Then I fell face down on the ground and cried out, "O Sovereign LORD, are you going to kill everyone in Israel?"
Rachel observed her face in the mirror with a troubled heart. There was a big acne on her right cheek that almost looked like about to burst out. She tried to burst it out several times but not only did the acne still remain, but it also grew bigger and darker each day. Rachel was worried that it would leave a scar on her face. She did not have enough money to see a dermatologist. One day, Rachel heard about the power of a prophetic prayer while in church, and she decided to declare it. She prophesied with much faith, "Every plant that my heavenly Father has not planted will be pulled up by the roots. (Matthew 15:13). In Jesus' name, I'm healed!" Soon enough, her acne became dry and hard, and as usual, Rachel popped it out and secreted it without any problem. This time, the acne was completely gone without leaving any scar behind.
What Rachel experienced might just seem like a trivial matter. Nonetheless, it showed that God wants us to use prophetic words against the enemy and every negative thing in our lives, just like when Ezekiel was filled with the Spirit of God and started prophesying under God's command, and he destroyed every negative spirit and redeemed Israel from evil spirits and destruction. Because Ezekiel kept prophesying, the evil ruler Pelatiah son of Benaiah died.
Even right now, God is doing a mighty movement. We must have the courage to prophesy to restore our nation, to raise mighty children of God, to expand the church, to destroy every terror, torment, and division. We must keep our cell groups and families in our prayers. We pray to break every curse and lukewarm spirit, every sickness, and all evil spirits in our lives. We shall ask for God's spirit to be ignited and for His mighty visitation to come upon us. We might not see an immediate effect, but we must believe that when we keep prophesying, we will win the spiritual battle over our lives. REFLECTION Saudara Terkasih, PROPHETIC WORDS can be used as WEAPONS to DESTROY THE ENEMY and NEGATIVE THINGS in your life. APPLICATIONS 1. Why must you learn to declare prophetic words? 2. What negative things must you destroy in your life? 3. How can you have the power of prophetic words? TODAY'S PRAYER "Lord Jesus, thank You for bringing me to a higher level. Teach me, o Lord, to understand the prophetic gift that you have put in my life. Teach me to be able to use the power of prophetic words. I want to face my enemy and destroy every negative thing in my life that might hinder your great plans for my life. This is the time that your power be shown; let it be done on earth as it is in heaven. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen."
