TODAY'S FOOD FOR THE SOUL Isaiah 43:1-21 TODAY'S RHEMA Isaiah 43:19 Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.
"When did Dina married to Ricky, Am I missing out something?" Jimmy whispers to his wife as they sat in the church "Her pregnant belly is suddenly as big as a ball." Jimmy's wife sighed and said "Ever since you got appointed to the higher position, you don't care about other things. You always work, work, and work. You never come to cell group and hardly ever come to church. No wonder you know nothing about what's going on in church."
You may become like Jimmy. When you are too focused on something, you can miss what has been going on in your surroundings. It is indeed true, you need to be focused to finish your work well and punctually. But, you can miss out many things if you are too focused. Sometimes, you can miss out God's works for the world when you are too focused on your own life.
Life is not about your own self. Life is not only about what is happening in your own life, but life is also about what God wants you to go through your life. Take some quiet time and turn off all the "sounds" of your own personal chasing or "sounds" of anxiety. Let your ears focus on God and listen to His voice: "Arise, strong hero!" God is calling you to take part in His greatest move. He placed you in this earth not only for you to achieve your own dreams, but also for you to work with Him, to save people and freed them from being the prisoners of their sins. A great revival and repentance will take place immediately. Do not miss out His plans for you just because you are too busy with your life. REFLECTION Saudara Terkasih, This is the time for GOD'S GREAT ANOINTING, do not let it go and miss it out. APPLICATIONS 1. When you see your surroundings, do you see God's work in it? 2. Why should you not miss out God's great anointing? 3. How do you improve your awareness of God's great anointing? TODAY'S PRAYER "Father, open my spiritual eyes so that I can see something You are doing for this nation. Take me into Your great move. Do not let me miss it out. Let me take part in Your great works as Your strong hero. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen."
