TODAY'S FOOD FOR THE SOUL Isaiah 43:8-21
TODAY'S RHEMA Isaiah 43:19 Behold, I will do a new thing, Now it shall spring forth; Shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness And rivers in the desert.
A cocoon is a dark and narrow place where a caterpillar lives before it turns into a butterfly. The transformation from cocoon to butterfly can last for a week or a month or longer. Some species remain in a cocoon for as long as 2 years. Within the 2 year period, the caterpillar must survive in darkness until the time comes when the larvae cells will slowly begin to transform into various parts of the body of the butterfly, a new creature completely different from the shape of the previous caterpillar.
That is what God does in us when He visits our lives. For those of us for whom life seemed like living in a dark cocoon, be it a family problem, a financial issue, health challenges, or any other life-limiting problem, when the time comes, the Lord's visit will free us from the cocoon and give us a new life.
Regardless of your situation now, let your heart be filled with a deep longing for God's mighty visitation in your life. God's great visitation that will destroy every yoke of limitations, a visitation that will cause new life to burgeon. God's mighty visitation fills our lives with God's glory. How does God's mighty visitation bring a person out of the cocoon of problems? 3. What commitment will you make so as to keep experiencing God's mighty visitation? TODAY'S PRAYER "Lord, I believe You won't let me live a life of struggles forever and You will send me help. Visit me, oh God, so it can bring something new into my life.
