TODAY'S FOOD FOR THE SOUL
Hebrew 3:1-19
TODAY'S RHEMA Hebrew 3:14 "for we have becomes partakers of Christ if we hold the beginning of our confidence steadfast to the end."
One day, King Nebuchadnezzar, the ruler of Babel, made a gold statue He commanded that whoever didn't kneel before the statue would be thrown into the burning fiery furnace. However, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego whom afraid of God did not want to kneel before the statue. The king was so angry and took the three of them before him. When they were asked by the king, they answered miraculously, "If that is the case, our God whom we serve is able to deliver is from the burning fiery furnace, and He will deliver us from your hand, o King." (Dan. 3:17). They weren't afraid even though they found themselves to be thrown into the furnace that was seven times hotter than usually. Their faith was tested and proven. God was with them and the fiery furnace didn't harm them at all.
Perhaps, we are dealing with troubles now, or illness that hasn't been cured yet, or debts, family or school troubles. Have faith in His promises, even if we are not finding the way out yet. Have faith that will stand till the end, not a lukewarm faith. We will start seeing our conditions spiritually not only psychically. Keep believing that we already are cured, even we don't yet; Keep believing that our debts have already been paid off even though we still have debts; keep believing that God will use us greatly, even though our conditions are just passing conditions.
To believe God wholly in every trouble, you need to know whom you trust. His personality, characters, power, and mercies. Have an intimate relationship with God. You can open our church website and you will find audio worship which you can listen anytime. Think about His words with the guidance from Keluarga Allah daily devotional. When you know God better, your faith will be burning more and more. Although the miracles haven't come yet, if we have an endless faith, your faith will pull the power of God and make it works greatly in your life. REFLECTION Saudara Terkasih, even though the miracles has not come yet, keep having an endless faith so that your faith will pull God's power to work greatly in your life. APPLICATION 1. Are you facing a trouble which not comes to its end? 2. Do you still have faith in God despite the trouble you are facing now? 3. What will you do to keep your faith burning until the end?
TODAY'S PRAYER "Good Father, teach me to have an endless faith. Whatever the trouble I am facing now, I believe that You will work miraculously and give me a way out. Thank you Lord Jesus. In the name of Jesus Christ, I pray. Amen."
