TODAY'S RHEMA
Proverbs 21:17 "Whoever loves pleasure will become poor; whoever loves wine and olive oil will never be rich."
While he was looking at his paycheck, Nicholas caught his breath heavily because he found out that he had to face the reality: he had to skip some lunch and dinner times. Working as security at the mansion didn't guarantee his life, that's what he thought. When he was pitying his fate, a pastor came to visit him. Nicholas told the pastor that he wanted to seek for another job because his paycheck was not enough for him. The pastor started to be confused because other employees said that they received the paycheck with regional minimum pay from their master. After more of sharing session with the pastor, Nicholas opened up and told the pastor that the paycheck was good but he had to give his wife money for monthly grocery shopping, paying for his children's school tuition, paying cable TV set and Wi-Fi bills on the other month. Moreover, he also needed to pay some credit bills for motorcycle, smartphone, laptop and new TV set. Unfortunately, his paycheck was not enough to fulfill his daily needs, only for the bills.
