John 3:27-36
TODAY'S RHEMA
John 3:34 "For the one whom God has sent speaks the words of God, for God gives the Spirit without limit."
God wants us to live in His presence in every moment of our life. When we received Lord Jesus as Our Savior, God also gave the Holy Spirit to live in each of us. But the question is how deep does Holy Spirit dwell in your heart? The Word of God says that we are the temples of God. As a temple of God, there is a place in our heart for Him, the place where the Holy Spirit dwells. When we open our heart to believe in Jesus, the Holy Spirit enters into our heart. In that place, Holy Spirit works to produce fruits of repentance and prepares our heart to surrender our life to God. When He sees our great desire to experience God more, He then baptizes us in Spirit and enters into our heart's holy place.
After experiencing the baptism of the Holy Spirit and receiving the gifts of Spirit, many of us then feel satisfied. But that satisfaction only lasts for a moment. Even though spiritually we are growing, but that growth does not affect our life completely. Herein we have to realize, the fullness of Holy Spirit is not only needed once in a lifetime. To live a victorious life, we need to experience the fullness of Holy spirit again and again, for a lifetime.
For that purpose, we need to allow Holy Spirit to enter deeper. But so often, we like to block Holy Spirit to enter into our heart's holy of holiest. Probably we still hold onto some personal desires and ego In order to understand God's will, we have to surrender our all to Him and allow the Holly Spirit to fill us to the fullest.
