TODAY'S RHEMA
John 8:32 "Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free."
Every one of us has been through difficult times where we must make a decision which will influence our future. People call it "the moment of truth". There is a movie entitled "The Pursuit of Happiness", a story about Chris Gardner the main character who was having financial issue. One day when he walked home he passed by a brokerage building. Then, he got to know a guy stepping out of his red Ferrari and saw people happily coming out from the building. He was so convinced to work there and being a stockbroker.
Later, Chris applied as an unpaid intern. Since he did not get any money from where he worked, he had to leave his apartment and slept at a subway station. However, he just kept working and working. Years after, he built his own brokerage company and became a successful man.
As a child of God, we have our own version of the moment of truth. It is not just a term but a valuable thing based on God wisdom. We call it as rhema. It is a truth which is revealed when we meditate on God's words. When the rhema comes we will walk in faith. We won't be bothered by negative thoughts intimidating us. We just need to seek rhema which fits our condition. Just keep searching until we find the right one. God promise us who seek will find. Let the Holy Spirit lives in our heart and leads us to the truth.
REFLECTION Saudara Terkasih, just when HIS RHEMA IS UNCOVERED, we will see THE TRUTH and have the UNSHAKEABLE FAITH.
